This project was a one week workshop. This project is based on te French traditions of spending hours at the dinner table, and explores the notions of percieved good or bad table manners.

  1. Plates that facilitate the licking of food remnants, but has a side effect of spilling anything liquid.
  2. For those who whipe their hands on the tablecloth, cut along the perforated lines to detach a napkin.
  3. If your silverware is not fancy enough, or if you’re unsure of the proper placement the printed tablecloth helps you make a good impression.
  4. Be reminded if you inadvertently adopt the dreaded “elbow on the table” position. A hole on the tabletop will let you know about your bad posture.

This project has been realised in collaboration with Anh Mai Chau.
